One other great way to create team accountability that I’ve experienced is for the leader to create an environment of acceptable, and even encouraged, peer-to-peer coaching.
Everyone has unique talents or experiences that often go unrecognized and the peer to peer coaching builds a team that relies on each other to solve problems instead of the leader.
